Gluten Free Brownies

Makes  12


  • 125g Butter
  • 125g Chocolate
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 Cup GF Flour
  • 3/4 cup Nuts


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease and line the base of an slab cake pan.
  2. Melt the butter and chocolate in a heatproof bowl over low heat or in microwave
  3. Add sugar and stir until disolved
  4. mix eggs flour and walnuts
  5. Pour into slab plan
  6. Cook for 30 minutes at 180°C
  7. Cool in pan
  8. Sprinkle with icing sugar
  9. Cut and serve
  • variation – stir through chocolate bit or cream cheese & sugar or change to white chocolate and white sugar,
  • Note: Brownies will keep for 2-3 days in an airtight container in the fridge or can be frozen for up to 2 months.
