Gluten Free Brownies

Ingredients
- 125g Butter
- 125g Chocolate
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 Cup GF Flour
- 3/4 cup Nuts
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease and line the base of an slab cake pan.
- Melt the butter and chocolate in a heatproof bowl over low heat or in microwave
- Add sugar and stir until disolved
- mix eggs flour and walnuts
- Pour into slab plan
- Cook for 30 minutes at 180°C
- Cool in pan
- Sprinkle with icing sugar
- Cut and serve
- variation – stir through chocolate bit or cream cheese & sugar or change to white chocolate and white sugar,
- Note: Brownies will keep for 2-3 days in an airtight container in the fridge or can be frozen for up to 2 months.
